No. 6. Combat stress and depression!

Stress is our natural response to the dynamic changes in the environment in order to adapt or cope with different situations. But too high levels of stress overload the nervous system and cause many diseases.
Stress in the blood shed two major stress hormones - adrenaline. This leads to an instantaneous release of large amounts of energy to be stronger, faster and more focused. The mechanism is stress -> reaction -> action (physical). In the modern world, however, things are a little different and there is no last element, namely the action. This keeps the nervous system constantly "alert" to wear and makes it upsets the balance between the processes of excitation and waiting. Through sport, you add the missing link in the stress axis -> reaction -> action and use excess energy and relax the nervous system.
